Do not buy from them!!! Pictures of the products online do not give Justice to what it actually looks like in person. Horrible quality! They charge you to ship a furniture and also charge you to send back. I spent $400 just in shipping on a furniture that did not look like the photos and I returnedSAME day as it was delivered. I didn’t even accept the delivery. Delivery took a lot longer than promised (Weeks). Customer service do not care, horrible experience.

I ordered a credenza from 2Modern.com… I ordered a credenza from 2Modern.com at a cost of $2,374.15 which included a $250.00 shipping charge based on my zip code. After I made payment I was contacted by 2Modern.com that I would be charge additional $1,135.68 for shipping or they would cancel my order. Their justification was that I live in Hawaii. If this company cannot ship at the advertised rate then they need to update their website to reflect the actual costs or restrict shipping locations. I will not be ordering from 2Modern.com in the future.

please please listen to me do not buy… please please listen to me do not buy from these people they do not care at all about u or the purchase they act like its your problem. they say 30 day return when it takes 60 days to arrive. I said the f word on the phone and this woman sherry starting going off about how she will hang up of I use that language sorry but I waited 2 months for a 600 dollar lamp that came scratched up and now am stuck with. I wish I could do more to this company because I truly believe they should not be allowed to run a business.

Bought 8 700 dollar chairs from Fermob… Bought 8 700 dollar chairs from Fermob via 2modern that should last a lifetime. They are falling apart. No solutions, just saying warranty is only for 2 years. No response on how to fix them, just refers me to warranty to excuse themselves from blame. Designers take note: your clients will come back to you with problems with the merch and they won't stand by their product. Don't buy from them.

Classic bait and switch with the return… Classic bait and switch with the return policy. They say free shipping BUT, if you actually return the item, not only do you have to pay for the return yourself, the cost of the outbound shipping is actually deducted from the refund! Yes, it's stated in their return policy, but it's actually 6 bullet points down. Why not state that upfront? And, customer service is hard to get on the line. Long hold time and sometimes you have to leave a message which does not get returned.
