please please listen to me do not buy… please please listen to me do not buy from these people they do not care at all about u or the purchase they act like its your problem. they say 30 day return when it takes 60 days to arrive. I said the f word on the phone and this woman sherry starting going off about how she will hang up of I use that language sorry but I waited 2 months for a 600 dollar lamp that came scratched up and now am stuck with. I wish I could do more to this company because I truly believe they should not be allowed to run a business.

BAIT AND SWITCH There seems to be a pattern these days of companies giving you a shipping date with your purchase, waiting 2 days and then giving you a much longer shipping date. This company is guilty. I have canceled my order and suggest you don't be silly enough to place one to begin with. After placing my initial order which was to be shipped in 2 days, I then received a letter saying it would be another 10 days. I immediately called and told them to cancel the order at which point they said it had already been shipped. then I received yet another notification saying the order had been shipped and would be delivered as was originally promised. it was delivered as originally promised and I refused the delivery. I will not support this type of BS A documented the emails and the baked and switch technique.

This company has an awful return policy… This company has an awful return policy - see other reviews for more details on this. They are spot-on. You're better off buying these things somewhere else. Wayfair, Overstock, Target, Home Depot, etc. have the same products, are more reliable, and have more reasonable return policies.

I agree with other reviewers I agree with other reviewers. Terrible return policy. I ordered a radio but wanted the blue tooth version. Difference on the site should have been more clearly labeled. Not only do I have to pay return shipping for the exchange they are deducting the equivalent amount of the free shipping from my refund even tough it is an exchange. Very pretentious service department, even just listening to the choices on the customer service line. Do not recommend. Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.

Absolutely great company Absolutely great company! Love the large selection of fantastic items. Have ordered several times and have had only great experiences. Shipping as advertised and always on time. Easy returns. Customer service very professional, friendly and helpful. Have ordered diverse furniture, pillows, art, baby items etc. and love every single piece.
