GBI agree with other reviewers I agree with other reviewers. Terrible return policy. I ordered a radio but wanted the blue tooth version. Difference on the site should have been more clearly labeled. Not only do I have to pay return shipping for the exchange they are deducting the equivalent amount of the free shipping from my refund even tough it is an exchange. Very pretentious service department, even just listening to the choices on the customer service line. Do not recommend. Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.

GBSkeptical at first...glad I went with 2Modern I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews but bought from 2Modern because they were substantially cheaper than other sites for the tables I wanted. Unfortunately the tables were delivered damaged by UPS, but Brian in customer service had the damaged one picked up and shipped out a new one with another delivery service. It did take awhile but I wasn’t in a hurry. New one came undamaged and just what I wanted. Thanks

GBClassic bait and switch with the return… Classic bait and switch with the return policy. They say free shipping BUT, if you actually return the item, not only do you have to pay for the return yourself, the cost of the outbound shipping is actually deducted from the refund! Yes, it's stated in their return policy, but it's actually 6 bullet points down. Why not state that upfront? And, customer service is hard to get on the line. Long hold time and sometimes you have to leave a message which does not get returned.

GBBAIT AND SWITCH There seems to be a pattern these days of companies giving you a shipping date with your purchase, waiting 2 days and then giving you a much longer shipping date. This company is guilty. I have canceled my order and suggest you don't be silly enough to place one to begin with. After placing my initial order which was to be shipped in 2 days, I then received a letter saying it would be another 10 days. I immediately called and told them to cancel the order at which point they said it had already been shipped. then I received yet another notification saying the order had been shipped and would be delivered as was originally promised. it was delivered as originally promised and I refused the delivery. I will not support this type of BS A documented the emails and the baked and switch technique.
