GBClassic bait and switch with the return… Classic bait and switch with the return policy. They say free shipping BUT, if you actually return the item, not only do you have to pay for the return yourself, the cost of the outbound shipping is actually deducted from the refund! Yes, it's stated in their return policy, but it's actually 6 bullet points down. Why not state that upfront? And, customer service is hard to get on the line. Long hold time and sometimes you have to leave a message which does not get returned.

GBBait & Switch 3 weeks after placing my order and trying to call (phone disconnected; told later via email that they do this to stop being bothered by people) and several emails, told they can't find mirror even though it was still up on the website. Offered another mirror that wasn't suitable. Chose another mirror that was shown as available ... mysteriously this was suddenly unavailable ... received a full refund. Will not be dealing with this company again.

GBI agree with other reviewers I agree with other reviewers. Terrible return policy. I ordered a radio but wanted the blue tooth version. Difference on the site should have been more clearly labeled. Not only do I have to pay return shipping for the exchange they are deducting the equivalent amount of the free shipping from my refund even tough it is an exchange. Very pretentious service department, even just listening to the choices on the customer service line. Do not recommend. Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.

GBDo not order anything from this site Do not order anything from this site! The brands they carry are available in plenty of other places with competent and efficient shipping and delivery services, or go directly to the brand website. I ordered a rug about a month ago and I'm still waiting on a status update. Apparently, the freight service that is supposed to deliver it has no idea where the item is or when to deliver it. All 2Modern has is the info for the freight company, but does not take responsibility to actually have the item delivered to the client. I'm not sure how a retail company functions if it takes zero responsibility for ensuring delivery of products purchased from them. And what I bought is not cheap! Can't cancel the order for a refund because it has been "shipped". Terrible, terrible company. So incredibly disappointing.
