GBOrdered White Glove service Ordered White Glove service. Upon delivery, I was told that White Glove doesn't include assembly? Never heard of that before and I have ordered tons of furniture in the past as a trade partner of West Elm, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and others. In addition, the delivery company refused to remove the boxes! Called customer service, and was told that White Glove doesn't include even light assembly, and that I can return the item but I'd have to pay for shipping. The table itself is beautiful which is why I give it 2 stars not 1.

GBBait & Switch 3 weeks after placing my order and trying to call (phone disconnected; told later via email that they do this to stop being bothered by people) and several emails, told they can't find mirror even though it was still up on the website. Offered another mirror that wasn't suitable. Chose another mirror that was shown as available ... mysteriously this was suddenly unavailable ... received a full refund. Will not be dealing with this company again.

GBAvoid this scam of a company This company does not disclose shipping dates and thus will take your order and your money on a product they do not plan on shipping to you until 4 months later. They also do not answer their customer support line or emails. Yet, they have no problem charging you immediately for your purchase.

GBplease please listen to me do not buy… please please listen to me do not buy from these people they do not care at all about u or the purchase they act like its your problem. they say 30 day return when it takes 60 days to arrive. I said the f word on the phone and this woman sherry starting going off about how she will hang up of I use that language sorry but I waited 2 months for a 600 dollar lamp that came scratched up and now am stuck with. I wish I could do more to this company because I truly believe they should not be allowed to run a business.

GBAwful delivery Ordered a bed frame and bed was shipped two weeks after promised. Service people at American Relocation, the delivery service used by 2 Modern were extremely rude when I called on day of delivery because they had missed their five hour window by an hour and not bothered/thought to inform me. The woman was unsure of the window time and corrected me rudely twice, only to be wrong herself. Finally admitted driver was running "a little behind."
