We order We order Original Milky Spray Lotion by Riddle Oil from Burke Decor. February, in March it was supposed to be delivered. The date came it didn't, we ask about it the had a PROBLEM IN MAKING THE PRODUCT, it would come first of April. It did not. I sent an email to them on refunding the 51.00 dollars they said get with their finance department to send the refund it would take 7 to 14 business days to come back to our account. It did not return to us. They again said they would get with finance team. Every time I ask same story. My advice for anyone who purchases anything from them and gets it you are blessed. My opinion is avoid purchasing from them on-line it never works out and what I can see from dealing with them they keep your money.

NEVER RECEIVED REFUND ON CANCELLED ORDER Ordered two table lamps back in NOVEMBER. Despite being listed as IN STOCK with Visual Comfort they were repeatedly delayed. Finally ran out of patience and cancelled order. Unable to get refund despite multiple attempts. Keeps getting "escalated" but nothing happens.

SCAM Never ships orders, little communication and does not refund, even after email confirmation they will! Please skip this site. They have beautiful items and great rewards, but it is a scam. Placed multiple orders and nothing ever shipped. I never received an order update and had to email them to find out about my order status because they have NO customer service phone number listed anywhere. I received an email back that all items were delayed. After waiting months I demanded a refund and they said it would take 7-14 business days. It never posted. I had to place a claim with my credit card company. I truly think this is a scam to hold on to consumers money as long as possible. SKIP!! Trust me

Some sort of a money scam My order was supposed to be shipped in the first week of March, Then the last week of April And now they are saying it will ship in August. I just want to cancel and get a full refund, but nobody seems to want to help me cancel it as well. They just want to keep my money which is over $3500 and not send me the item. I got an email about a refund. I will update my review if I actually get a refund on time or just contact my bank for further processing or contact their local Attorney. *No refund yet. ** No refund yet as of April 30 2024.

Abaso Coffee Table We recently moved into our new home and have made several Burke Decor purchases to furnish our home. The latest order that I received is the Abaso Coffee Table and I am in love! Everything about this table is perfect! I was in the market for a large coffee table and when this table arrived the rustic wood color is so beautiful and even better in person! Also we were hosting a party the weekend it was to arrive and Burke Decor was so kind to help me arrange and expedite my local delivery!
