I'm an interior designer and ordered… I'm an interior designer and ordered and paid for 2 items for my client in January. They were delayed twice, both times I only learned about it after contacting THEM for an update. After months, I cancelled the orders. Was told refund would be made within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). That time came and went, and no refund. More emails and chats and attempted phone calls later, was told by message that someone from their finance team was looking into it and to give them another 5 business days for refund to post. That time came and went too, and now sending more emails and chats and attempting to call, to find out what? That they took my client's money? Unbelievable.

Great Customer Service Customer service treated me very well when I had to cancel an order. I started my return via Chat on line/on their website. All was handled very well and I was refunded within the 10-14 days promised.

SCAM SHADY SITE!!!!! SCAM!!! Warning to all do not order from this shady site you will never get your product. I placed a Christmas order on 12/10/23 and still have not received. No where did it indicate backorder so there is zero reason as to why it has not shipped. Every time I try and contact it’s a delay and then a copy and paste answer. Excuses, excuses, excuses you should be ashamed and consumers need to know they are being taken advantage of!!!

Scam artists Scam artists! Stay as far away from this company as you can. Look at their latest email: “In an effort to streamline communications, we currently do not have phone support available. We understand that not being able to contact us on the phone can be frustrating and we apologize for any inconvenience. We are looking to re-activate phone services in the coming months.” They were very quick to take my money for a pair of lamps and then after weeks of waiting, when I emailed to check, they said they are no longer available, and I’ve now been waiting for more than a month to get my money back. Stay away!!!!
