GBSCAM SHADY SITE!!!!! SCAM!!! Warning to all do not order from this shady site you will never get your product. I placed a Christmas order on 12/10/23 and still have not received. No where did it indicate backorder so there is zero reason as to why it has not shipped. Every time I try and contact it’s a delay and then a copy and paste answer. Excuses, excuses, excuses you should be ashamed and consumers need to know they are being taken advantage of!!!

GBNEVER RECEIVED REFUND ON CANCELLED ORDER Ordered two table lamps back in NOVEMBER. Despite being listed as IN STOCK with Visual Comfort they were repeatedly delayed. Finally ran out of patience and cancelled order. Unable to get refund despite multiple attempts. Keeps getting "escalated" but nothing happens.

GBDo not purchase from Burke Decor Do not purchase from Burke Decor, I order a glass table on January 24 and they said they we're going yo deliver it on Mid February and it never arrived. I contacted them and they told me that it was going to arrive April first and I know how it works so I told then to cancel my order. They said it was going to take 14 business day to get my money back. The 14 business came and I didn't get money back! So I contact then again and they said in 5 business day I would get my money back. Again they did not return my money!! Luckily I paid with PayPal and I talk to PayPal and they returned my money and if it wasn't for PayPal I probably wouldn't have gotten my money back. My order # 874519

GBScam artists Scam artists! Stay as far away from this company as you can. Look at their latest email: “In an effort to streamline communications, we currently do not have phone support available. We understand that not being able to contact us on the phone can be frustrating and we apologize for any inconvenience. We are looking to re-activate phone services in the coming months.” They were very quick to take my money for a pair of lamps and then after weeks of waiting, when I emailed to check, they said they are no longer available, and I’ve now been waiting for more than a month to get my money back. Stay away!!!!
