I'm an interior designer and ordered… I'm an interior designer and ordered and paid for 2 items for my client in January. They were delayed twice, both times I only learned about it after contacting THEM for an update. After months, I cancelled the orders. Was told refund would be made within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). That time came and went, and no refund. More emails and chats and attempted phone calls later, was told by message that someone from their finance team was looking into it and to give them another 5 business days for refund to post. That time came and went too, and now sending more emails and chats and attempting to call, to find out what? That they took my client's money? Unbelievable.

We order We order Original Milky Spray Lotion by Riddle Oil from Burke Decor. February, in March it was supposed to be delivered. The date came it didn't, we ask about it the had a PROBLEM IN MAKING THE PRODUCT, it would come first of April. It did not. I sent an email to them on refunding the 51.00 dollars they said get with their finance department to send the refund it would take 7 to 14 business days to come back to our account. It did not return to us. They again said they would get with finance team. Every time I ask same story. My advice for anyone who purchases anything from them and gets it you are blessed. My opinion is avoid purchasing from them on-line it never works out and what I can see from dealing with them they keep your money.

Do Not Purchase from Burke Decor The piece of furniture I ordered kept getting delayed with no explanation. After three rounds of delays, I cancelled the order. I now have been waiting for over a month to be reimbursed to my original form of payment. I have sent a number of emails and chatted with agents through their online portal and there has been zero action. All I get back - after multiple days - is a thank you for my patience and that they have again notified their finance team. I filed a claim with my credit card company. Updated In response to the individual at Burke Decor who responded to this review saying, "if there is anything I can do, in any way to better service you, please do not hesitate to ask"....I would like to be credited in full - for the order I cancelled on March 5, 2024 - to my original form of payment and for someone to respond to the emails I have been sending inquiring about status of that credit.

Great Customer Service Customer service treated me very well when I had to cancel an order. I started my return via Chat on line/on their website. All was handled very well and I was refunded within the 10-14 days promised.

ATTY GEN. OF OHIO SHOULD INVESTIGATE THEM I have to vociferously pan these people. What a bunch of thieves. This is one of the worst reviews I could possibly give. I don’t think I’ve ever been more agitated dealing with a furniture company in my life and this was not my maiden voyage. We have ordered things with some success in the past, but this was a debacle that undid any good will. Ordered a piece of art from them for almost $800 on July 17, 2023. It was supposed to ship by September. In August, we got a note saying it would ship in late December. In mid-December, we got a note that said it would ship in early January. In mid-January, we got a note that said it would ship in early to mid-March. At this point, we’d been waiting six months and Burke Décor had our money the entire time. On January 23, 2024, I asked for the item to be refunded in full. On January 30, 2024, they had me upload my banking details into a portal because it had been so long that the refund had to be conducted via ACH instead of to the card I no longer had the same account number on the Mastercard. They told me this would take 7-14 business days, which is a wild amount of time for an ACH. I had communications with them several more times including March 12, March 14, March 18, April 3, April 6, April 9, April 19, and April 24. All the while, they insisted either that the money had been sent to me and arrived, or actually that they had a new processor and it was going to take a while, and that they’d have their accounting department reach out to me. I tried calling the company many times and could not get a call back. Never could I get the same customer service rep on e-mail to respond to the same chain – it was someone new each note. Nobody was there to manage a case or fix a problem. I even began the process of filing a police report in Ohio for fraud before they finally refunded my money which hit my bank account on April 27. These funds were with Burke Décor for nine and a half months, and they withheld my refund from me for three months. I understand they have done this to other people from other reviews. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY. THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING SACKS OF YOU KNOW WHAT.
