Need to Improve Customer Service and Inventory Status I ordered 10 sets of hangers on 8/24. Site indicates products will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Finally, over a week later, I sent an email for the status of my order. I received a call back to say my order was out of stock and if I had a number 2 choice. No. So I sent an email last Thursday morning to request the order be cancelled and a refund issued. It's Tuesday morning and I don't have a response or refund yet. AND, the item is still available for order on the website.

Review I ordered tow bathroom vanity lights. I received a confirmation for the order. It had been a while without receiving my order, so I made a phone call. I spoke with Beth she indicated they were on back order ( would have been nice to be notified rather then having to make a phone call). Beth states that she would over night the lights. Did not receive them over night as promised . When I did receive my order one of the glass fixtures was broken. Made another phone call. Again spoke with Beth she said she would over night the broken piece . Did not receive it over night. Finally got my replacement . Probably would not do business again with this company.

Prompt service at cheapest price I ordered the vanity light we wanted, no shipping and no tax, and it arrived in perfect condition in just a few days. Very Happy

Fabulous! I love shopping at the Better Living Store Outlet and Retail Store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The shopping experience is always pleasurable. No high pressure sales pitch, just knowledgeable employees that are willing to assist with any home needs. Tony English and Sara Green assisted us while we were building our home with lighting, a Beam system, and closet organizers. They were courteous and provided us with the information and supplies/products necessary to add to the beauty of our home!

Good The product arrived in good shape. The postage was high. There should be a more economical way to send it. The product was also just as described.
