GBNow waiting for order Ordered because everything was listed as "in Stock" and even showed the quantity of each item. However, AFTER placing my order I was informed a day later that I would now have to wait because 1 of 2 items was not in stock. I am now waiting for them to tell me when item will be available to ship. Pricing was pretty good but not good enough to make up for the wait due to their misrepresented stock. Had their inventory shown as out of stock I would have ordered from another vendor. Oh well.

GBNeed to Improve Customer Service and Inventory Status I ordered 10 sets of hangers on 8/24. Site indicates products will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Finally, over a week later, I sent an email for the status of my order. I received a call back to say my order was out of stock and if I had a number 2 choice. No. So I sent an email last Thursday morning to request the order be cancelled and a refund issued. It's Tuesday morning and I don't have a response or refund yet. AND, the item is still available for order on the website.

No high pressure sales pitch, just knowledgeable employees that are willing to assist with any home needs. Tony English and Sara Green assisted us while we were building our home with lighting, a Beam system, and closet organizers. They were courteous and provided us with the information and supplies/products necessary to add to the beauty of our home!
