GBWhere to begin Where to begin. Installers ( 5 J'ays) always late and did a complete mess of install. Had to use the " like it" warranty to completely replace the carpet. Turns out Patrick miss measured by feet ( never told anyone) so after almost completing the second install they fessed up to not having enough carpet. Required leaving the bottom stair landing with original carpet until they ordered more. Final second install still left unimpressed. Then less than 2 years later carpet delamination at seam. They claim not under any warranty and told us to fix it ourselves. We spent a ton for what we thought was top quality and warranty but turns out it's a joke. Wendy and Patrick are not to be trusted

GBJamie is great.. Jamie is great... no pressure, knows flooring. a year after installation, he still honored the products he sold us. Carpet was stretched and wrinkles removed. Would recommend Jamie and Floor craft to anybody interested in flooring.. Thanks, jeff and carol

GBI absolutely love my new floor I absolutely love my new floor! Wayne was excellent to work with and made me feel like he truly cared about my business. Tim, who actually installed the floor, is a true artist--works incredibly fast yet still paying attention to the smallest details. Definitely would recommend Florcraft Carpet.

GBExcellent experience. Jamie took a personal interest in our project. We got new flooring throughout the house (carpet and hardwood) and new kitchen cabinets. The design of the kitchen is excellent- Jamie had many great ideas to make it look good and be more functional. We are very happy with the wood floors and carpet. Would definitely return for future projects/recommend to friends.

GBthe salesman Patrick was outstanding the salesman Patrick was outstanding! knowledgeable, knows his products, professional, easy to work with the shipping people need more attention to the details. this tile was big 17"x34", 3 tiles in a box, 12 boxes, plus one lone tile (I needed 37 tiles), all tile was shipped on edge (like you would glass)the lone tile was places on the pallet where it was allowed to slip between the slatswhere it chipped the tile about 1" x1" in hind site the lone tile should of been wrapped to one of the other boxes
