Excellent experience. Jamie took a personal interest in our project. We got new flooring throughout the house (carpet and hardwood) and new kitchen cabinets. The design of the kitchen is excellent- Jamie had many great ideas to make it look good and be more functional. We are very happy with the wood floors and carpet. Would definitely return for future projects/recommend to friends.

Consistent customer care and quality work This was the second time we bought carpet from Florcraft and while the first time everything went very well, this time was different. There was an issue with the carpet that meant that its installation would be delayed until they could find a solution. Florcraft worked with their installers and eventually with the manufacturer, The outcome was that the carpet was replaced and they completed the job, with excellent results. We also managed to get a second room carpeted at a discounted price with one of the pieces of the original carpet. We knew they would get the job done and they did and they treated us well throughout the entire process. We will be buying more floor coverings from them yet again.

Outstanding service and product! We built a new home and utilized Florcraft for our cabinets, tile and flooring. All products were outstanding. But what put Florcraft above others was the staff. They provided exceptional service. Responded to questions, concerns and needs within 24 - 48 hours. They were always accessible (within reason) and were out to ensure our experience in building a new home was a positive one. Very helpful staff. Great value for the budget. Very helpful staff, timely quotes, responsive to questions. Patrick was extremely helpful in helping with choices for replacement carpet and vinyl flooring. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons of the various choices. As a result of visiting the showroom, I also found replacement flooring for front entry-way and garage entry. I absolutely love the new floors. The installers were great and did a beautiful job.
