Very helpful staff. Great value for the budget. Very helpful staff, timely quotes, responsive to questions. Patrick was extremely helpful in helping with choices for replacement carpet and vinyl flooring. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons of the various choices. I felt he went out of his way to provide us with the best choices for our budget. Would recommend the store without reservations.

Jamie is great.. Jamie is great... no pressure, knows flooring. a year after installation, he still honored the products he sold us. Carpet was stretched and wrinkles removed. Would recommend Jamie and Floor craft to anybody interested in flooring.. Thanks, jeff and carol

Outstanding service and product! We built a new home and utilized Florcraft for our cabinets, tile and flooring. All products were outstanding. But what put Florcraft above others was the staff. They provided exceptional service. Responded to questions, concerns and needs within 24 - 48 hours. They were always accessible (within reason) and were out to ensure our experience in building a new home was a positive one.
