Patrick was extremely helpful in helping with choices for replacement carpet and vinyl flooring. He took the time to discuss the pros and cons of the various choices. I felt he went out of his way to provide us with the best choices for our budget. Would recommend the store without reservations.

Outstanding service and product! We built a new home and utilized Florcraft for our cabinets, tile and flooring. All products were outstanding. But what put Florcraft above others was the staff. They provided exceptional service. Responded to questions, concerns and needs within 24 - 48 hours. They were always accessible (within reason) and were out to ensure our experience in building a new home was a positive one. They provided recommendations and "challenged" our ideas which resulted in a better layout and home. Thank you Florcraft!!

the salesman Patrick was outstanding the salesman Patrick was outstanding! knowledgeable, knows his products, professional, easy to work with the shipping people need more attention to the details. this tile was big 17"x34", 3 tiles in a box, 12 boxes, plus one lone tile (I needed 37 tiles), all tile was shipped on edge (like you would glass)the lone tile was places on the pallet where it was allowed to slip between the slatswhere it chipped the tile about 1" x1" in hind site the lone tile should of been wrapped to one of the other boxes

Great, quality work We love our interaction and business with Florcraft. The only suggestion for improvement is making sure the installers stick to their schedule. Thanks for wonderful service as always!!
