GBBeing the Best of Customer Service Sending a 4*** for a payactiv representative name Stephen. He was very instrumental in solving my issue in a way that other payactiv representatives couldn't. Many of them let me down.......with not keeping their word. Kudos to Stephen. You should be awarded Employee of the Month! You team leader should be proud to have you working for them. Thanks

GBHORRIBLE COMPANY Back again to say that it's been over 7 months now and this company still has over $8,000 of my money that they're holding on to. I submitted a review and they got back to me. I heard from several people who were "higher ups" in the company, promising a resolution. Well, here I am still with nothing. This paycheck alone, they took almost another $1,000. I have no idea how they are allowed to get away with this. I have contacted the BBB. To say I'm frustrated is a gross understatement. WORST COMPANY EVER!

GBCrappy, Incompetent & frustrating This company does not do what it is advertised to do. There is ALWAYS a problem with updating your hours or giving you access to your funds. They will try to blame your job about pay rates & updates but based off research & comments it's not only the company I work for. When you try to reach out to support they have a bunch of generic responses that are unproductive & enraging. Supervisors or managers never call you back. I have been trying to access my funds for 8 days with no progress. Their "unconcerned" team is extremely slow & incompetent. Co workers told me not to sign up & I should have listened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are more efficient, reliable and productive companies.

He is very knowleageable and was very patient and polite as I explained my intricate situation. We were able to get to the bottom of the issue and I am deeply grateful for it. Thank you Ronnie! GBI have had an ongoing issue for 4-5… I have had an ongoing issue for 4-5 months about $200 being missed and no one would help me get my money until Richard from the resolution team reached out to me and gave me my money. Nobody until Richard would even try to help. Payactiv needs to work on their customer service
