The company needs more Agents like this... I was transferred to Davis M from another rep and I've been going back and forth with reps since yesterday morning and I was so frustrated when Davis M came into the chat. I explained what happened and how it made me feel and he turned it around and made the entire situation right. Davis if I could give you 10 stars I would. You did what 8 other reps didn't take a minute to do. Thank you again You are an amazing rep.

Zero stars wasn’t an option Zero stars wasn’t an option. This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. They are stealing $500 every time I get paid. I’ve been dealing with this for the past 6 months. I’ve spoken to over 20 different reps and no one can solve my problem. I’m ready to leave my employer because I’m having so much of my pay stolen from this company. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company for your employees’ sake.
