I was transferred to Davis M from another rep and I've been going back and forth with reps since yesterday morning and I was so frustrated when Davis M came into the chat. I explained what happened and how it made me feel and he turned it around and made the entire situation right. Davis if I could give you 10 stars I would. You did what 8 other reps didn't take a minute to do. Thank you again You are an amazing rep.

I had three previous representatives… I had three previous representatives the last who hung up on me. But the most recent one, helped me and gave me peace at the end. Very informative, calm and patient. Most importantly, solution orientated, he was the most helpful.

They stole my money They stole my money. Told me 4 different reasons why my check was over deducted and none of them made sense or added up. Was told several times to email support to get it resolved and each time I do I get several different people telling me several different things. I will be seeking legal action if I don’t get my money refunded back to me! Update: I spoke with D. Meyers and he resolved my issue in a timely manner!! I’m very happy with the resolution. Garry stayed on my call rather than transferring me or waiting for someone else to follow up, used troubleshooting based on info I provided, and we were able to fix my glitch without having to wait another 24 hours for tech support. I really appreciate him staying on the call and figuring out a solution!
