Davis M. I had an issue with my account not updating and after speaking with multiple agents this morning on the matter and not having the problem resolved I spoke with Davis M. Through the chat option and he was able to resolve the issue immediately, I’m so thankful to have gotten him this morning and him caring enough to resolve the matter. Thank you

Crappy, Incompetent & frustrating This company does not do what it is advertised to do. There is ALWAYS a problem with updating your hours or giving you access to your funds. They will try to blame your job about pay rates & updates but based off research & comments it's not only the company I work for. When you try to reach out to support they have a bunch of generic responses that are unproductive & enraging. Supervisors or managers never call you back. I have been trying to access my funds for 8 days with no progress. Their "unconcerned" team is extremely slow & incompetent. Co workers told me not to sign up & I should have listened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are more efficient, reliable and productive companies.

The rep that I had was super amazing The rep that I had Ted Jones was super amazing! I never experienced customer service like this before.
