Ted jones was helpful Ted jones was helpful, patient, and understanding. The gentleman I spoke to prior to the second call had frustrated me and hung up the call after taking me off hold. Mr. Ted took the time to explain things and tried to help me as best he could. He was wonderful with helping and understanding my frustrations.

Zero stars wasn’t an option Zero stars wasn’t an option. This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. They are stealing $500 every time I get paid. I’ve been dealing with this for the past 6 months. I’ve spoken to over 20 different reps and no one can solve my problem. I’m ready to leave my employer because I’m having so much of my pay stolen from this company. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company for your employees’ sake.
