Davis M was very helpful for me after… Davis M was very helpful for me after everyone turn me down for help he updated my account for me and was very polite and positive he saved a family who hadn’t ate it two days.. Garry M is the man behind this 5 Star… Garry M is the man behind this 5 Star Review! I made multiple attempts to get support before talking to Garry and no one else could resolve my isssue. Garry stayed on my call rather than transferring me or waiting for someone else to follow up, used troubleshooting based on info I provided, and we were able to fix my glitch without having to wait another 24 hours for tech support. I really appreciate him staying on the call and figuring out a solution!

Crappy, Incompetent & frustrating This company does not do what it is advertised to do. There is ALWAYS a problem with updating your hours or giving you access to your funds. They will try to blame your job about pay rates & updates but based off research & comments it's not only the company I work for. When you try to reach out to support they have a bunch of generic responses that are unproductive & enraging. Supervisors or managers never call you back. I have been trying to access my funds for 8 days with no progress. Their "unconcerned" team is extremely slow & incompetent. Co workers told me not to sign up & I should have listened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are more efficient, reliable and productive companies.

The company is not the greatest The company customer service is not the greatest, but Zach is the best representative at the company! Every time I call and have any issues he is the only one who takes his time to go the extra mile to resolve the issue. He should be a supervisor! He is a huge asset and offers the best customer service.
