Mr. Ted took the time to explain things and tried to help me as best he could. He was wonderful with helping and understanding my frustrations.

Garry M is the man behind this 5 Star… Garry M is the man behind this 5 Star Review! I made multiple attempts to get support before talking to Garry and no one else could resolve my isssue. Garry stayed on my call rather than transferring me or waiting for someone else to follow up, used troubleshooting based on info I provided, and we were able to fix my glitch without having to wait another 24 hours for tech support. I really appreciate him staying on the call and figuring out a solution!

Davis M I have talked to Davis M numerous times at Payactiv over my years of doing pay advance. He is always most helpful. Always goes above and beyond to help me. I tho k he deserves a raise.

Crappy, Incompetent & frustrating This company does not do what it is advertised to do. There is ALWAYS a problem with updating your hours or giving you access to your funds. They will try to blame your job about pay rates & updates but based off research & comments it's not only the company I work for. When you try to reach out to support they have a bunch of generic responses that are unproductive & enraging. Supervisors or managers never call you back. I have been trying to access my funds for 8 days with no progress. Their "unconcerned" team is extremely slow & incompetent. Co workers told me not to sign up & I should have listened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are more efficient, reliable and productive companies.

While going threw my bank statements… While going threw my bank statements for income tax purposes, I've discovered that someone has been using my debit card numbers, to get money from one of the car dealerships there in San Jose, Ca. My opinion, that someone is from Payactiv, just down the street from the car dealerships there in San Jose, Ca. How can I get my money back?
