Skeptical at first I was skeptical at first ordering on phone and not going through actual box store. But everything was unbelievably easy and Alex from customer service was fantastic. Walked us through everything and even made suggestions for us. We ordered all Zline products (48 inch stove, hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave). Building a new house and we had to keep delaying shipping. Premium Home source (Alex) had no problem helping with changing our shipping date. Everything went extremely smooth and would definitely recommend.

Dishwasher disaster If I could 0 starts I would. I bought an expensive Z-line dishwasher and a 1 year warranty through PHS. About 4 months after installation the entire dishwasher became inoperable due to the control panel shorting out. PHS through the warranty had me wait about 4-5 weeks before they could have it repaired. A month after repair, it happened again. Now I had to wait another 5 weeks for the repair. Then PHS said they would no longer cover the product. When it went out a 3rd and 4th time (same problem), PHS says they are done with warranty and to call the manufacturer. Product was defective from day 1 and PHS took no responsibility and would not even try to remedy the problem. I would never use them again. 4/10 Update: PHS has agreed to replace the entire defective dishwasher with a new one. Customer service won out in the end.

After a super-prompt fulfillment on one order, I immediately ordered a second time. I recommended they expand their product line in areas I'm interested, such as the new laundry all-in-ones from GE and LG and hope they do. As a new company, they are trying hard and succeeding! Great service and great products This company has done very well for us as we were out of the country while we were arranging the delivery of our appliances that we had purchased through them. We were out of the country due to a death in the family and it was extremely hard time for us. They were able to coordinate on our behalf so that one of our deliveries would not have got sent back to the warehouse. And they helped us tremendously. The appliances are stunning and operate very well! We get nothing but compliments on them and we have nothing but compliments for this company!
