Premium home source very good choice. When I first contacted Premium home source they worked hard to get my appliance package to what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. I was building a new home and it wasn’t done yet. It was just after Covid, so I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get the appliances when my home was ready. They were willing to store my appliances until the home was ready but I had them send them instead and they came super quick. My refrigerator was damaged in shipping and I called them. They had me take some pictures and send to them and they replaced it right away. They were very kind and courteous when I called And I had trouble with a dishwasher. The bottom of it was broke and I had stored it and they replaced it completely for me. They have just been very helpful and I would recommend the store and Zline products to anyone. My children also built a new home and they went through Premium Home Scource to purchase theirs also because of they way We were treated. I was missing the champagne bronze handles and they ship them right out. I received them in three days. This company has been super to work with. I would recommend them highly.

DIY Couldn't be Easier! I purchased a 4 ton Mr Cool heat pump in May of 2023 and installed it that summer. During my research, I contacted PHS customer service a few times with questions and to get product spec confirmation that required them to contact the manufacturer. They were always upbeat and helpful in answering my questions. That is why I chose PHS over their competitors for my heat pump purchase.

5 Star Company We purchased mini-splits from PHS in late 2022 for a new client's home. PHS's website is very user-friendly, and the ordering and delivery were fast and efficient. Our client had a minor issue recently with the unit and PHS quickly resolved the problem with excellent communication and a quick and free shipment of a new part. Great service and great products This company has done very well for us as we were out of the country while we were arranging the delivery of our appliances that we had purchased through them. We were out of the country due to a death in the family and it was extremely hard time for us. They were able to coordinate on our behalf so that one of our deliveries would not have got sent back to the warehouse. And they helped us tremendously. The appliances are stunning and operate very well! We get nothing but compliments on them and we have nothing but compliments for this company!

Good Customer Service / Problem Resolution! So firstly - great pricing for my premium product, hence why I went to PHS and based on review of internet reviews. That's the good. Delivery was also quick given the product was on back order - so also good. Product arrived damaged - not so good for a premium brand and an expensive product. However, Customer Service (Wendy) resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. So overall a 4/5. Sometimes a company shows its worth when things do go wrong!
