Great phones at a Great Price We ordered 3 replacement refurbished phones from startechtel.com and they were delivered quickly in perfect working condition. We use them all the time for our replacement phone needs and we've never been unhappy. Great phones for a great price and beats the 300% more we would pay to buy brand new.

Most important for me: The products were well packaged, brand new and the manufacturer recognizes the company as a reseller. Got burned before making some orders from Amazon that ended up having no warranty because they were sold by non-authorized resellers.

Startecthtel.com Sales Manager Startecthtel.com Sales Manager refused to accept the reason that their phone could not connect to my inwall phoneline---even by an Xfinity Technician. I would have accepted a new phone but was only offered some kind of one-year warrantee for the non-function phone they sent me. I'm now stuck for many weeks with a useless phone. I would advise anyone looking to buy a phone from this company to look for a more ethical firm.
