USStartecthtel.com Sales Manager Startecthtel.com Sales Manager refused to accept the reason that their phone could not connect to my inwall phoneline---even by an Xfinity Technician. I would have accepted a new phone but was only offered some kind of one-year warrantee for the non-function phone they sent me. I'm now stuck for many weeks with a useless phone. I would advise anyone looking to buy a phone from this company to look for a more ethical firm.

USLive and Learn and never again. If the products you ordered were working fine when you got them consider yourself lucky. But if you have any problems and need actual customer service or a return forget about it, they will find something to keep from having to help you. Very dishonest in that way.

USAmazing customer service with our… Amazing customer service with our order. Todd was very attentive to what our medical office needed. Very professional, friendly & accommodating. When we received our phones, the manner in which they were packed & shipped to us was the best. Would not think about using anyone else for our phone needs

USI would not trust this … I would not trust this startechtel they charge my credit when I order linecard for mitel sx-50 and they did not shipped the item and when call every time they said item shipped and sending me traceking no. they never do that , I order 17 sep 2018 and today is oct-2 and I did not recived my order but they charge my credit card, I call today then even hang up my phone, do not trust this guys

USEasy Website, Fast Customer Service Response I found my product easily; however, when I placed and order, I did not get a tracking number. I sent an email and got a quick response letting me know the product was due in to their facility the following day and it would then be shipped out. Once shipped, I would receive the tracking number. Would have been nice to get this information without having to follow up, but overall I will shop this website again.
