Live and Learn and never again. If the products you ordered were working fine when you got them consider yourself lucky. But if you have any problems and need actual customer service or a return forget about it, they will find something to keep from having to help you. Very dishonest in that way.

The phone could not plug into the wall… The phone could not plug into the wall jack and the company would not refund. Extremely disappoitned with the worthless purchase.

I would not trust this … I would not trust this startechtel they charge my credit when I order linecard for mitel sx-50 and they did not shipped the item and when call every time they said item shipped and sending me traceking no. they never do that , I order 17 sep 2018 and today is oct-2 and I did not recived my order but they charge my credit card, I call today then even hang up my phone, do not trust this guys
