The investment is well worth it The company was wonderful to deal with. I had everything professionally explained to me before the purchase and everything went smooth. As a small company.. I was initially hesitant to invest the kind of money their products bring, however now that the headset and handset lifter are in place.. I have to say it is invaluable. Our secretary often has to leave the desk for work needs and the fact that she can answer the phone from where ever she is on our building, or take calls with her to check on something is a very smart use of time. I recommend these products and this company to anyone.

The original order was very easy to… The original order was very easy to place. Your employee was great to deal with. Shipping was extremely fast. When I had a problem with the phone, I called and again had a great service assistant, Joanna. In a short discussion she gave me something to try and it worked. The phone is now working properly. I always felt that your employees enjoyed helping meand they did so quickly.

Easy Website, Fast Customer Service Response I found my product easily; however, when I placed and order, I did not get a tracking number. I sent an email and got a quick response letting me know the product was due in to their facility the following day and it would then be shipped out. Once shipped, I would receive the tracking number. Would have been nice to get this information without having to follow up, but overall I will shop this website again.

I would not trust this … I would not trust this startechtel they charge my credit when I order linecard for mitel sx-50 and they did not shipped the item and when call every time they said item shipped and sending me traceking no. they never do that , I order 17 sep 2018 and today is oct-2 and I did not recived my order but they charge my credit card, I call today then even hang up my phone, do not trust this guys
