When I had a problem with the phone, I called and again had a great service assistant, Joanna. In a short discussion she gave me something to try and it worked. The phone is now working properly. Impossible Return Policy While this website seems to offer a wide variety of items, many items are lacking a full description or photo. I took a chance and ordered a wireless handset battery that was in no way compatible. I was unable to return this item after purchase. Now I am stuck with an item I will never use.
