Excellent service I contacted them through email as I was having trouble with my neck light flickering, I wanted to know if it was possible to replace bulbs. They contacted me promptly and asked for a video and my address, unfortunately the light had completely failed when I tried to switch it, I contacted them again to explain, they just asked for my address and said they'd send a replacement. I can not fault the service I would definitely recommend and will definitely use in the future. Excellent service.

I am very happy with my Booklights I am very happy with my Booklights. They are well made, instructions are clear, and it is easy to operate. I especially appreciate the timer feature. My one wish for these (and so many other) products is to remember that us old folks are still a large consumer group. Making the instructions NOT require a magnifying glass would be so very helpful.

Amazing customer service and amazing… Amazing customer service and amazing light. I ordered two lights for my kids. They were lost in the mail and Glocusent responded and mailed replacements promptly. My kids love them. They work great and are well made. I highly recommend!

My order was unable to be fulfilled due… My order was unable to be fulfilled due to a lack of stock in Canada but I was quickly notified and offered options. I chose to cancel my order and was immediately refunded on my credit card. I was also offered to be notified when the product was again in stock. I know there are many supply issues these days which are somewhat out of suppliers control, so this is a review of the process rather than the product I ordered.

The only music stand light you will ever need. I already had a rechargeable led music stand light, but it wasn't bright enough, and didn't cover 2 complete pages evenly so I started looking for something better. After reading many reviews on different websites, one light kept coming up with great reviews... the one from Glocusent, so I ordered one. While I purchased mine directly from Glocusent, it appears that they use Amazon to do their shipping, so it arrived in a few days. I was not disappointed, the lighting is bright and even across my whole music stand. It has a lot of settings for color and brightness, but I have mine set to daylight and max brightness. Once you have it dialed in, the main power button turns it on and off remembering your last setting. No need to cycle thru other settings again. Another positive feature is the battery can be charged with common cell phone wall warts, and it accepts a standard usb C cable which was included. Overall it's a well thought out product, and should they offer a discount or other promotion in the future, I'll buy another one for my other music stand. Get it, you won't be disappointed.
