Your able to talk to a person and not a machine I ordered hinges from them and they sent the wrong ones. I called them and was able to talk to a person not a machine , They apologized and sent the right ones. in 3 days i had the correct ones , I will be ordering from them again very happy with them

Continued hardware support You continue to support 20 year-old furniture items the manufacturer/retailer no longer makes, The table is still beautiful and would be fully functional with new slide hardware. (I broke the old) Fortunately, they were aware that you made great replacement hardware, You've saved us a lot of money to replace the whole set with new "modern" furniture we don't like nearly as much.

Easy to navigate but hard to find. It was hard to find what I needed because the part I needed was out of stock. And the recommended replacement part was not the correct size. and it would cost me more to return the item than to keep it.

Great place to get cabinet and drawer needs. 1) They have almost everything you can think of for cabinets and drawers. 2) The website is well done and doesn't aggravate you. 3) Products shipped quickly. 4) Prices are good.

Could have been 5 stars I found the dishwasher leak pan I was looking for at the manufacturer's site, but they showed it to be out of stock. I then found the same item at CabinetParts and it was shown to be in-stock. Then, after I ordered, I received a notice the item would not be shipped until days later. It became obvious that the pan was to be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, which as stated before, showed they were out-of-stock. All in all, I received the pan in a relatively timely manner, maybe just try to better link systems so when a manufacturer is out, you also show an item to be out. I could wait for the pan, someone on a tight time table may not have that ability.
