Great service Sherry assisted me and was most helpful in identifying the correct replacement part. She was courteous, friendly and very nice to work with. Totally satisfied and very impressed with her knowledge.

Easy to navigate but hard to find. It was hard to find what I needed because the part I needed was out of stock. And the recommended replacement part was not the correct size. and it would cost me more to return the item than to keep it.

Non existant support. Gave the company all measurements of my existing drawer boxes, was told which slides to order, and they do not fit. Have twice reached out during normal business hours for assistance with items sold to me. Have not yet been able to speak with anyone who can assist me.
