USGreat Pillow and customer service I've ordered two pillows from this company, and both are perfect for me ! The original contour pillow, and the cooling wedge pillow since I have acid reflux at times. Another product didn't work out for me, but when I contacted customer service to return it, the response was quick, and they asked me to donate the product to a local charity, which I thought was amazing. I love this company !!

USGreat customer service Unfortunately, the pillow didn’t work for me. This review is for customer service. Their customer service was highly responsive and efficient. They first asked if I would like to make an exchange for a different product. When I confirmed that I wanted to proceed with a return, they handled it right away.

USCustomer Service is What Every Company Should Emulate This company has amazing customer service and sustainability goals. The pillow I tried was just OK, and not as good as the pillow I was using already. The pillow did get the best review on WireCutter out of 10 top pillows tried (which is why I gave it a try). Although I won't be continuing to use it, I recommend this company and it's customer responsiveness. It only took a day for me to initiate a desire for a return, and for customer service to issue a full refund, without my needing to return the pillow. At their suggestion, i will make sure the pillow finds a good home with someone for whom it works great.

USNot the pillow for me BUT Not the pillow for me. However, the customer service was phenomenal! I ordered the pillow, received it in less than a week. Tried it for an hour, knew it was not for me. Emailed regarding wanting to return it. Was given options of return vs try another pillow. I chose return. No questions asked beyond that. Super customer service and commitment to the community as I will be donating my pillow to a shelter as per their recommendation. Honestly, just awed by this. I wish the pillow would have worked for me knowing the company has this sort of commitment to the environment and others in need.

USElite customer service despite dissatisfaction with the products Even though the pillow I ordered wasn't supportive enough for me and I ended up asking for a refund, the customer service was truly exceptional. The reps were quick and courteous in responding to my emails, offering me not one, but two free exchanges. The company even suggested that I donate the pillows to help the environment. This gesture, along with their overall helpfulness, left me feeling surprisingly conflicted because they were so considerate. While the pillow didn't meet my needs, the customer service was outstanding!
