Customer service is great Customer service is great. But the pillows themselves don’t help me. They are heavy but pretty flat and don’t provide enough support. I honestly got more support from cheap $20 pillows from target. You also can’t prop yourself up on these pillows while watching a movie or something because they are so heavy and flat. I tried two different kinds and unfortunately they didn’t work for me, as I have to be kind of elevated during sleep due to acid reflux issues.

5 stars for customer service 5 stars for customer service. Ordered 2 pillows. The wife loved it. Her mom who was visiting loved it. Ordered more to take back with her. Wasn’t very comfortable for me for back sleeping or side. I have a bigger frame and broad shoulders. They sorted out return for one of them right away.

Great Pillow and customer service I've ordered two pillows from this company, and both are perfect for me ! The original contour pillow, and the cooling wedge pillow since I have acid reflux at times. Another product didn't work out for me, but when I contacted customer service to return it, the response was quick, and they asked me to donate the product to a local charity, which I thought was amazing. I love this company !!

Customer Service is What Every Company Should Emulate This company has amazing customer service and sustainability goals. The pillow I tried was just OK, and not as good as the pillow I was using already. The pillow did get the best review on WireCutter out of 10 top pillows tried (which is why I gave it a try). Although I won't be continuing to use it, I recommend this company and it's customer responsiveness. It only took a day for me to initiate a desire for a return, and for customer service to issue a full refund, without my needing to return the pillow. At their suggestion, i will make sure the pillow finds a good home with someone for whom it works great.

They first asked if I would like to make an exchange for a different product. When I confirmed that I wanted to proceed with a return, they handled it right away.
