Customer service is great Customer service is great. But the pillows themselves don’t help me. They are heavy but pretty flat and don’t provide enough support. I honestly got more support from cheap $20 pillows from target. You also can’t prop yourself up on these pillows while watching a movie or something because they are so heavy and flat. I tried two different kinds and unfortunately they didn’t work for me, as I have to be kind of elevated during sleep due to acid reflux issues.

Not the pillow for me BUT Not the pillow for me. However, the customer service was phenomenal! I ordered the pillow, received it in less than a week. Tried it for an hour, knew it was not for me. Emailed regarding wanting to return it. Was given options of return vs try another pillow. I chose return. No questions asked beyond that. Super customer service and commitment to the community as I will be donating my pillow to a shelter as per their recommendation. Honestly, just awed by this. I wish the pillow would have worked for me knowing the company has this sort of commitment to the environment and others in need.

When They Say Free Trial - they MEAN it! I have glanced at the other reviews and "great customer service" seems to be a leading theme. I can attest to why - the service I got from Jaysen was top-notch, professional and above and beyond in every respect. I purchased the "regular" orthopedic contoured pillow and the first night was awful as I had to get used to it. By the second and third nights I was feeling more comfortable and was thinking, maybe this time I really have the right solution to my neck problems. Alas, over time it just was not right for me. I contacted support and Jaysen gave me immediate options to perhaps try a different "model" - and in the end I was sent the King model which has a higher loft. Unfortunately that version did not work well for me either and I have already been offered a refund and the return process has been initiated. No hesitation. GREAT customer service from company ambassadors who are a credit to Dosaze. As far as the pillow itself is concerned, despite the fact that it did not work for me, I can easily see how this might be ideal for others. The pillow is VERY well made, and feels premium in all respects. I really, really wanted to love this pillow. But I cannot say enough about the customer service - don't be afraid to go for the "free trial" - they really do mean it!

Great customer service Unfortunately, the pillow didn’t work for me. This review is for customer service. Their customer service was highly responsive and efficient. They first asked if I would like to make an exchange for a different product. When I confirmed that I wanted to proceed with a return, they handled it right away.

Excellent customer services I purchased this pillow based on the many reviews that I read. I was hoping it would work for me as I have difficulties falling asleep as well as staying asleep. The pillow did not work for me as I found the centre piece too light and it was not supportive enough for me. Although the pillow did not work for me I do believe that it could be an excellent pillow for others. It is well constructed, the pillow case is made of very soft comfortable material and there was no off gassing smell when I opened the pillow so I was able to use it the same night that I received it. I contacted customer service to get a refund and Melvin, a customer service rep, responded promptly and was very helpful. He offered me another pillow, however, I was concerned that if it also did not work for me that I would be ruining 2 pillows. I received a refund on the pillow. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that I received. Thank you Melvin.
