Great customer service. I tried out their original contoured pillow. No smell, was super nice quality. The style & design seemed great. It was comfortable, and almost perfect for both back & side sleep. Unfortunately, I'm short & small, so it felt too tall for my shoulder height. But the return process was easy. I emailed them, they refunded my money, and then I sent a donation receipt from the animal rescue charity shop where I donated it. They were lovely. I also bought a cooling pillow protector which I really like.

When They Say Free Trial - they MEAN it! I have glanced at the other reviews and "great customer service" seems to be a leading theme. I can attest to why - the service I got from Jaysen was top-notch, professional and above and beyond in every respect. I purchased the "regular" orthopedic contoured pillow and the first night was awful as I had to get used to it. By the second and third nights I was feeling more comfortable and was thinking, maybe this time I really have the right solution to my neck problems. Alas, over time it just was not right for me. I contacted support and Jaysen gave me immediate options to perhaps try a different "model" - and in the end I was sent the King model which has a higher loft. Unfortunately that version did not work well for me either and I have already been offered a refund and the return process has been initiated. No hesitation. GREAT customer service from company ambassadors who are a credit to Dosaze. As far as the pillow itself is concerned, despite the fact that it did not work for me, I can easily see how this might be ideal for others. The pillow is VERY well made, and feels premium in all respects. I really, really wanted to love this pillow. But I cannot say enough about the customer service - don't be afraid to go for the "free trial" - they really do mean it!

The pillows are great quality they just didn't fix my weird neck issues. It's probably me not them. I would definitely buy from this company again just based on these experiences alone. I appreciate them making this such an easy and positive experience even though it didn't work how i had hoped.

Great Pillow and customer service I've ordered two pillows from this company, and both are perfect for me ! The original contour pillow, and the cooling wedge pillow since I have acid reflux at times. Another product didn't work out for me, but when I contacted customer service to return it, the response was quick, and they asked me to donate the product to a local charity, which I thought was amazing. I love this company !!
