Customer service was excellent. Product needs more structure Customer service was excellent. Cannot be any better. I’d give 5 stars just for customer service if I could. However, the center section of the pillow that is supposed to support your neck/upper spine, just did not offer enough support. I tried it for over a week just in case it took getting used to but nothing changed. If I could make a recommendation it would be to use a material that doesn’t immediately sink in and squish down. Once it squished down under the weight of my neck it really then couldn’t do much of anything by way of support. The side sections were better but that little center part really wasn’t doing anything.

The customer service was excellent The customer service was excellent. When my initial pillow didn't work out they sent me a high profile pillow as a replacement. While I was unable to use this product with satisfaction their customer service was excellent, helping me get a refund right away!

Unfortunately this pillow does not work… Unfortunately this pillow does not work for me. The neck area is too small for me and gave me headache. The side area was too small for me even on the larger pillow. Overall the firm/soft was good but it just didn't work shape wise for me.

Great Experience They have a generous 60 day window to see if the pillow is the right fit. It did not work for me as it was a bit too thick and their customer service was outstanding!

Customer service is great Customer service is great. But the pillows themselves don’t help me. They are heavy but pretty flat and don’t provide enough support. I honestly got more support from cheap $20 pillows from target. You also can’t prop yourself up on these pillows while watching a movie or something because they are so heavy and flat. I tried two different kinds and unfortunately they didn’t work for me, as I have to be kind of elevated during sleep due to acid reflux issues.
