My first attempt at contact went an answered, waited for a day or two and checked in once again. After several attempts at contacting customer service, to no avail, I decided to cancel my purchase and this survey has been the most communication I've had your company. GBExcellet support, all the parts you could want Not only did they have the obscure internal deadbolt part we needed, they had enough on hand that we could stock up. When their first distribution source proved to be out of the part, they quickly pivoted to another source and found the parts and had them shipped. The experience was very, very positive.
