GBExcellet support, all the parts you could want Not only did they have the obscure internal deadbolt part we needed, they had enough on hand that we could stock up. When their first distribution source proved to be out of the part, they quickly pivoted to another source and found the parts and had them shipped. The experience was very, very positive.

Once I had completed my online order, I immediately received an email direct from a sales associate letting me know the order could have a 3 to 4-week delay from the factory, so I was very surprised to receive my order in just 2 and 1/2 weeks, this to me was great communication. The lock mech is well built, has Heavy-duty hardware, and nothing is marked "made in China". Can't wait to get it installed.
