GBGreat customer service and speedy delivery... I ordered several locks and later realized they were on backorder. Rich was very proactive and called me the same day I placed my order to let me know when the locks would be coming in and assured they would be shipped promptly. GBExcellet support, all the parts you could want Not only did they have the obscure internal deadbolt part we needed, they had enough on hand that we could stock up. When their first distribution source proved to be out of the part, they quickly pivoted to another source and found the parts and had them shipped. The experience was very, very positive.
