No Credit For Return I never gave ok to order quoted material. The unauthorized order was shipped anyway and my credit card was charged $1,334.82. I contacted him right away, he said he was sorry. Someone sent me a return label. I shipped all of the material back around mid-August. Your staff acknowledged that you received the returned material. I contacted my CSR again and he said I should see a full credit refund in about a week. That was over a month ago and I've still not seen my credit.
