GBImpressed all around. Once I had completed my online order, I immediately received an email direct from a sales associate letting me know the order could have a 3 to 4-week delay from the factory, so I was very surprised to receive my order in just 2 and 1/2 weeks, this to me was great communication. The lock mech is well built, has Heavy-duty hardware, and nothing is marked "made in China". Can't wait to get it installed.

GBNo Credit For Return I never gave ok to order quoted material. The unauthorized order was shipped anyway and my credit card was charged $1,334.82. I contacted him right away, he said he was sorry. Someone sent me a return label. I shipped all of the material back around mid-August. Your staff acknowledged that you received the returned material. I contacted my CSR again and he said I should see a full credit refund in about a week. That was over a month ago and I've still not seen my credit.
