Once I had completed my online order, I immediately received an email direct from a sales associate letting me know the order could have a 3 to 4-week delay from the factory, so I was very surprised to receive my order in just 2 and 1/2 weeks, this to me was great communication. The lock mech is well built, has Heavy-duty hardware, and nothing is marked "made in China". Can't wait to get it installed.

CRNo reply during the entire process, none whatsoever Place an order on 1/2/2023 and cancelled on 1/5/2023. No reply during the entire process, my order was always on hold. My first attempt at contact went an answered, waited for a day or two and checked in once again. After several attempts at contacting customer service, to no avail, I decided to cancel my purchase and this survey has been the most communication I've had your company.
