Two perfect custom cords Just perfect. Creative Cables has made 2 custom cables for me so far, and they're perfect for what I need. Jami was also very helpful both times, double-checking my design to make sure it was exactly what I needed. The options for switches, sockets, and especially the wide range of cord color/fabric options makes these cords extra special.

Light Bulbs are beautiful Light Bulbs are beautiful! They arrived in perfect condition. A bit pricy, but they are designer bulbs, and some of them can't be found anywhere else online. Glad I gave this shop a chance, as I had never heard of Creative Cables before, and I'm cautious about trusting unknown web stores. I will order again.

Paid for cable never received I had a problem finding a cable to synch my Astell & Kern AK120 DAP & reached out to A&K to supply 1; they referred me to a dealer that didn’t have it, but referred me to Creative Cables, who did. I ordered the cable 3 weeks ago & have not received it yet; I emailed the company about 7 times, left messages on their customer service website about 8 times, communicated to their AI bot about 5 times, & have not yet heard anything from the company. I looked on the BBB website & found reviews about them & decided to finally report them for not following up on my questions about the order. There are two addresses In Tennessee & I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with both. My name is Bob Krauss, but my TD bank has me as Robert; my cell is 516-965-6079 & I’m in Long Beach, NY, & have never had a problem that wasn’t addressed by a company & don’t understand how they can be so rude!
