Poor/ no communication I purchased some items from creative cables. I needed some support as I dont believe I received all of the parts. I have submitted a request three times and also tried calling a #. Never got a response. *update* Their response to my review seems accurate as I was emailing about strain reliefs. I just went back and checked my trash and Spam box but there is nothing. Can you please try reaching out to my email address again.

Great Customer Service I placed an order before the holidays and made a mistake and ordered the wrong color cord. Jami was able to quickly fix my problem and made the swap before there were any issues. The cable I also switched to did not have the full quantity I needed. I understood that around the holidays that it would be a longer lead time to produce, but he still made it happen. The cord and all other materials arrived so much sooner than I expected. Jami supplied great customer service and quickly resolved a mistake I made.

Exact replacement, shipped quickly, totally satisfied. These people had an exact replacement for a very cool light socket I broke. Easy choice for this first-time buyer. Shipment was prompt for early arrival. Product was EXACTLY as described online. So I'm very happy, will check here again for electrical supplies and cables.

Finish on socket could be better Great selection and fun products. We bought some plug-in pendant cables to use with a decorative bulb without lampshade. Just a bit disappointed in the quality of the finish of the socket; it’s not smooth and even but scratched and marked - it looks like it came out of a big bin where it was tossed around with a bunch of other sockets. Luckily, you don’t notice this unless you’re up close, which doesn’t happen in our setup.

I'm really super psyched about my… I'm really super psyched about my creative cables order. I had come across a competitor first but then saw the quality and color of creative cables cord and thought it was so much more professional looking. Additionally, the variety of accessories is just amazing - you imagination can take you wild here. And the bulbs they stock - holy cow - gorgeous! I bought the UFO ones and LOVE them! Customer service is incredible - I had one small issue with a fairlead and the owner sent me a video of install so I could trouble shoot. WHen we realized the issue was with the fairlead, he sent me new ones on the house and a few swag hooks for my trouble! Can't recommend enough.
