Paid for cable never received I had a problem finding a cable to synch my Astell & Kern AK120 DAP & reached out to A&K to supply 1; they referred me to a dealer that didn’t have it, but referred me to Creative Cables, who did. I ordered the cable 3 weeks ago & have not received it yet; I emailed the company about 7 times, left messages on their customer service website about 8 times, communicated to their AI bot about 5 times, & have not yet heard anything from the company. I looked on the BBB website & found reviews about them & decided to finally report them for not following up on my questions about the order. There are two addresses In Tennessee & I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with both. My name is Bob Krauss, but my TD bank has me as Robert; my cell is 516-965-6079 & I’m in Long Beach, NY, & have never had a problem that wasn’t addressed by a company & don’t understand how they can be so rude! Service solution I'm an idiot. Bought a pendant but store lost the canopy to attach to ceiling. After internet search this company was only one with proper size and copper finish. It arrived white which was a finish offered as well. Luckily they have human phone support who advised the copper finish has tightly adherent white film that must be peeled off. Saved returning etc and great quality product.

Everything arrived quickly and looks… Everything arrived quickly and looks very nice with the pendant lights we had custom made. Your products (ceiling cap and cotton covered wiring cords) are a huge improvement over what was going to be included with the lights.

I had come across a competitor first but then saw the quality and color of creative cables cord and thought it was so much more professional looking. Additionally, the variety of accessories is just amazing - you imagination can take you wild here. And the bulbs they stock - holy cow - gorgeous! I bought the UFO ones and LOVE them! Customer service is incredible - I had one small issue with a fairlead and the owner sent me a video of install so I could trouble shoot. WHen we realized the issue was with the fairlead, he sent me new ones on the house and a few swag hooks for my trouble! Can't recommend enough.
