Waiting for a response! I really want to order two plug in pendant lights from Creative Cables. I received a response from my initial request for information four months ago. This response didn't really address one of my main concerns, but 3 further attempts at communication have not been returned. Today I called Jami in Tennessee (from Canada) and I am really hoping my voicemail will be returned because I am eager to start this project and I acknowledge these are quality products. I see another review where a customer has not had a response from Creative Cables despite multiple attempts. I am wondering if some messages are being blocked as spam? Please contact me!

Two perfect custom cords Just perfect. Creative Cables has made 2 custom cables for me so far, and they're perfect for what I need. Jami was also very helpful both times, double-checking my design to make sure it was exactly what I needed. The options for switches, sockets, and especially the wide range of cord color/fabric options makes these cords extra special.

Finish on socket could be better Great selection and fun products. We bought some plug-in pendant cables to use with a decorative bulb without lampshade. Just a bit disappointed in the quality of the finish of the socket; it’s not smooth and even but scratched and marked - it looks like it came out of a big bin where it was tossed around with a bunch of other sockets. Luckily, you don’t notice this unless you’re up close, which doesn’t happen in our setup.

Made in Italy, but M10 metric mount not US 3/8 inch Generally, i was delighted to find these light sockets made in Italy and not China. Delivery was pretty quick by DHL from Italy, and the sockets seem well made. My only issue is that the bottom of the socket is a female threaded connection that ALMOST fits onto a standard US 3/8 inch threaded lamp tube, but is a metric M10 1.0 thread that doesnt really fit (although it can be jammed into the US connector). I emailed a question about this to the website but got no answer and took a chance - it didnt pay off, but maybe i can use these sockets some other way.

Service solution I'm an idiot. Bought a pendant but store lost the canopy to attach to ceiling. After internet search this company was only one with proper size and copper finish. It arrived white which was a finish offered as well. Luckily they have human phone support who advised the copper finish has tightly adherent white film that must be peeled off. Saved returning etc and great quality product.
