Service solution I'm an idiot. Bought a pendant but store lost the canopy to attach to ceiling. After internet search this company was only one with proper size and copper finish. It arrived white which was a finish offered as well. Luckily they have human phone support who advised the copper finish has tightly adherent white film that must be peeled off. Saved returning etc and great quality product.

Additionally, the variety of accessories is just amazing - you imagination can take you wild here. And the bulbs they stock - holy cow - gorgeous! I bought the UFO ones and LOVE them! Customer service is incredible - I had one small issue with a fairlead and the owner sent me a video of install so I could trouble shoot. WHen we realized the issue was with the fairlead, he sent me new ones on the house and a few swag hooks for my trouble! Can't recommend enough.
