Beautiful product Very pretty wire rope! Good quality hardware and mounting supplies. Quick shipping and decent pricing. Hard choices to make (even when a plan was in place already😁) with so many beautiful colors and possible configurations! Awesome stuff, good thing i didn’t run into this manufacturer earlier or I’d have crazy lamps all over the place! Thank you, it’s great to be able to customize down to the smallest detail!

My experience was wonderful My experience was wonderful. I was finally able to purchase all matching cage lights for my kitchen and hallway. Also, pleased as the prompt response to the order being processed. DHL was great to advise accordingly as to when to expect delivery. The only problem we had with DHL delivery, is both times left on the stairs and not on the porch and subject to the wet weather. The first delivery was a large box and placed on an angle on the stairs.

Custom lights do not work My custom lights arrived, and do not work – I contacted support multiple times to try to fix the issue, and they have stopped responding.

Great Customer Service I placed an order before the holidays and made a mistake and ordered the wrong color cord. Jami was able to quickly fix my problem and made the swap before there were any issues. The cable I also switched to did not have the full quantity I needed. I understood that around the holidays that it would be a longer lead time to produce, but he still made it happen. The cord and all other materials arrived so much sooner than I expected. Jami supplied great customer service and quickly resolved a mistake I made.

Service solution I'm an idiot. Bought a pendant but store lost the canopy to attach to ceiling. After internet search this company was only one with proper size and copper finish. It arrived white which was a finish offered as well. Luckily they have human phone support who advised the copper finish has tightly adherent white film that must be peeled off. Saved returning etc and great quality product.
