GBResponsive customer service! I was able to contact customer service to update my subscription processing date. They sent me an online invoice right away, and the items reached me quickly! Thank you, Public Goods!

GBPublic Good has my heart We love public goods! We’ve been using them for over a year for our shower needs and my husband loves the ramen as well! We love that PG offers clean, simple products that actually work and leave us feeling and smelling clean every day(even 4 smelly kiddos). One shampoo refill bag came busted one time and the next morning I had a free replacement on the way. Their customer service is outstanding as well as the products. I don’t know which I love more!

GBPublic Goods FTW There was a mix up in packaging but customer support responded quickly and was willing to help. This was the first time I've ever had to reach out and I've been ordering from them for years. The products are of high quality and the prices are still reasonable (even with the increases). I love that there's not extra additives or fillers; their cleaning products don't damage the environment. The company is eco conscious and therefore human conscious.

GBFantastic Customer Service My husband and I had recently come across Public Goods products in two unrelated environments. We were so impressed with the quality of the shower essentials (and the hand soap and lotion) that I placed an order to outfit our Lakehouse with the same products to give the same experience to our guests. A few days later I sent an email asking if dispensing pumps were sold separately as I felt this would be most convenient. This LITTLE feature which I felt would be a BIG asset was sent to me at no extra charge!

GB10 of 10 Love the products, love the prices, and the overall aesthetic. If something does go awry, customer service is swift, clear, concise and helpful. Only thing I would love to see is for more of the products that come in plastic containers shift to paper or compostable polymers like glucose. Same with the chip/snack bags instead of plastic/mylar there are alternatives out there that biodegrade in days/weeks
