GBAmazing Company I love the use of clean ingredients in everything that Public Goods sells. I feel safe using the products and appreciate the product transparency upfront before I even purchase. I think there are areas of improvement as well: Such as the website interface, managing auto shipments, and the use of Plastic. I try to limit my plastic consumption as much as possible and I would love for Public goods to offer a take back program for their plastic packaging of bulk refills and other plastic materials used in shipping certain items. So this way they can be reused and upcycled in house at public goods. I really hate to have to throw them away after I finish refilling, seems like such a waste when they could be sent back, cleaned, and given to a new customer. Please become plastic packaging free! Plastic is awful for the environment.

GBGreat help with a damaged order I have order from public goods before and truly love their products for how natural they are. I placed a big refill order for my house consisting of like 15 products. Unfortunately in its route here almost everything was damaged and not useable except like 3 items. Thankfully the support team was a great help and replied to my damage request with just 2 hours and having everything reorder. I know it wasn’t public goods fault for the damaged products in route but they did a wonderful job at getting all of the items replaced. I will continue shopping with them!

GBExcellent Customer Service - Shoutout to Margot Margot helped me untangle a billing complication about my membership, which was coming between me and Public Goods ramen, which are the best anywhere. She was super prompt and understanding. Most important was the flexibility. I very much appreciate that no one recited policy to me (a tack that is always alienating). I felt like there are real humans running the show. Off to order some Spicy Ramen. Grateful for your help Margot!
