Fantastic Customer Service My husband and I had recently come across Public Goods products in two unrelated environments. We were so impressed with the quality of the shower essentials (and the hand soap and lotion) that I placed an order to outfit our Lakehouse with the same products to give the same experience to our guests. A few days later I sent an email asking if dispensing pumps were sold separately as I felt this would be most convenient. This LITTLE feature which I felt would be a BIG asset was sent to me at no extra charge!

Public Goods Deletes Negative Reviews From Their Website I have two lifetime memberships for donating to their Kickstarter program when they were getting started. They've been raising their prices pretty significantly over time and it's not even worth it buying their overpriced products anymore. They also deleted any negative reviews I posted, particularly about their cotton tote bag that fell apart after a few uses.

Speedy customer service PG made sure I got a new herb trio set delivered within days of writing them a note about a faulty set I received that week. Appreciate the due diligence and thoughtful service.

Caring and flexible I am a member of Public Goods since 2020 and gives me peace of mind knowing they are actively working to make packaging and all containers sustainable.
