Your email distinctly says that once the order is processed value, you will get the shipping tracking next, etc. information got nothing I have been worried about this so I attempted to go on your website and called the number listed. It won’t dial I’ve been unable to contact you, so I have no idea what’s going on with this order.

Pink and Green Persian rug My husband and I ordered this rug on August 3rd and it came in on the 13th of September and it’s perfect! I was a little nervous ordering through this site, but it came in perfect condition and it ties my living room together perfectly!

Communication I am not a fan of paying a lot of money for an item (rug) and then hearing absolutely nothing from the company weeks later. This is frustrating and discerning. This company needs to send follow-up email(s) like other biz's do - order getting ready, order in production, order shipping soon... it sure would help with my satisfaction as a customer. Hopefully, I will soon be leaving a review on a beautiful rug that was shipped with care...

Love my custom rug I worked with The Rug Decor to have one of their rugs custom made for me in a color scheme and size to work in my space and it is absolutely perfect. They worked with me on color selection, sent me a sample and delivered the rug within anticipated timelines.
