Your email distinctly says that once the order is processed value, you will get the shipping tracking next, etc. information got nothing I have been worried about this so I attempted to go on your website and called the number listed. It won’t dial I’ve been unable to contact you, so I have no idea what’s going on with this order.

Stunning rug! I received my rug from The Rug Decor and it’s even better than in photos. It’s absolutely beautiful, so soft and the pile is thick enough that it’s comfortable and plush under our feet. The customer service was great and the shipment was sent and received very quickly! Will definitely shop there again.

I LOVE MY NEW RUG and The Rug Decor! I LOVE MY NEW RUG! They were very responsive to my messages and were kind, direct and honest. I asked for an update and they even told me how many feet left the weavers had to go until completion! The rug arrived on time with 1+ months to spare, via fed ex- it was nice being able to track it the entire way. Their custom designs are unique and their color choices are beautiful. I would order from them again.

Love my custom rug I worked with The Rug Decor to have one of their rugs custom made for me in a color scheme and size to work in my space and it is absolutely perfect. They worked with me on color selection, sent me a sample and delivered the rug within anticipated timelines.

I ordered 2 rugs with pads, have only received 1 rug, other one lost in shipment. I ordered 2 rugs with pads. It took a long time to receive the first rug and I am still waiting for the second rug. Evidently it was lost in shipment. Now I will have to wait even longer for a replacement. The rugs ship from India. I do like the rug that I received, it is good quality and is exactly as pictured online.
