GBRug not received Updating as I did receive the rug which is beautiful and fits the space perfectly. I give the rug 5 stars but customer service is a 1. I ordered a rug on 11/21/23 with an estimated 6 week lead time. I contacted the company on 1/5/24 with an updated an they indicated the rug was shipping. As of 1/23, there is no shipping information available on the rug, and they did not respond to my last email to refund my money. I do not believe this is a legitimate company.

CAI received absolutely no information… I received absolutely no information since I placed the order. Your email distinctly says that once the order is processed value, you will get the shipping tracking next, etc. information got nothing I have been worried about this so I attempted to go on your website and called the number listed. It won’t dial I’ve been unable to contact you, so I have no idea what’s going on with this order.

GBI LOVE MY NEW RUG and The Rug Decor! I LOVE MY NEW RUG! They were very responsive to my messages and were kind, direct and honest. I asked for an update and they even told me how many feet left the weavers had to go until completion! The rug arrived on time with 1+ months to spare, via fed ex- it was nice being able to track it the entire way. Their custom designs are unique and their color choices are beautiful. I would order from them again.
