My rubber is stunning and feels so soft and has the perfect thickness. The man I dealt with was great at communicating and answered all my questions. Will definitely purchase again.

gorgeous colors The rug arrived well wrapped for it's voyage from overseas. The quality is as described and the colors are saturated , beautiful and look like the photo. The lead time said 30 days I thought, but my rug was also made to order I think rather than one that was in stock, so it took closer to 60 days to receive it.

Very annoying business Very annoying business, we purchased a rug on Etsy, which the total cost would normally cover all postage and taxes. We are now being hounded by Fedex for an extra £60. Despite being told this would be sorted out, it has not been sorted now 8 weeks later. 4 letters from Fedex so far, what are you guys playing at?

I received absolutely no information… I received absolutely no information since I placed the order. Your email distinctly says that once the order is processed value, you will get the shipping tracking next, etc. information got nothing I have been worried about this so I attempted to go on your website and called the number listed. It won’t dial I’ve been unable to contact you, so I have no idea what’s going on with this order.

Communication I am not a fan of paying a lot of money for an item (rug) and then hearing absolutely nothing from the company weeks later. This is frustrating and discerning. This company needs to send follow-up email(s) like other biz's do - order getting ready, order in production, order shipping soon... it sure would help with my satisfaction as a customer. Hopefully, I will soon be leaving a review on a beautiful rug that was shipped with care...
