The rug is gorgeous The rug is gorgeous! I wish the communication from the company regarding where they are in the process was better. Had I not emailed to ask, I would have been waiting for over a month with no progress report. It gets to the point where you think you’ve lost your money without ever receiving the product you purchased. But! I finally received an email with a tracking shipment number and all turned out well in the end. FYI, I ordered the rug on Dec. 26th and received it in February. The product is wonderful, the company practices need improvement.

Pink and Green Persian rug My husband and I ordered this rug on August 3rd and it came in on the 13th of September and it’s perfect! I was a little nervous ordering through this site, but it came in perfect condition and it ties my living room together perfectly!

Communication I am not a fan of paying a lot of money for an item (rug) and then hearing absolutely nothing from the company weeks later. This is frustrating and discerning. This company needs to send follow-up email(s) like other biz's do - order getting ready, order in production, order shipping soon... it sure would help with my satisfaction as a customer. Hopefully, I will soon be leaving a review on a beautiful rug that was shipped with care...

Lovely rugs!! They were very responsive and were accommodating with shipping times. The rug was of a very high quality, so thick and soft! The only slight issue was the colors were not quite as expected or shown in photos, but not enough to deter purchasing from them again. It was an overall great experience. Thank you!

I ordered 2 rugs with pads, have only received 1 rug, other one lost in shipment. I ordered 2 rugs with pads. It took a long time to receive the first rug and I am still waiting for the second rug. Evidently it was lost in shipment. Now I will have to wait even longer for a replacement. The rugs ship from India. I do like the rug that I received, it is good quality and is exactly as pictured online.
