gorgeous colors The rug arrived well wrapped for it's voyage from overseas. The quality is as described and the colors are saturated , beautiful and look like the photo. The lead time said 30 days I thought, but my rug was also made to order I think rather than one that was in stock, so it took closer to 60 days to receive it.

I asked for an update and they even told me how many feet left the weavers had to go until completion! The rug arrived on time with 1+ months to spare, via fed ex- it was nice being able to track it the entire way. Their custom designs are unique and their color choices are beautiful. My original order came and while the… My original order came and while the quality and colors were AMAZING, the pattern was not symmetrical and did not look good in my space. I contacted The Rug Decor and the remade my rug to be symmetrical. They had me approve the digital rendering before it was made and they expedited the process. My rug is gorgeous and I will definitely order from them again.
