Good customer service and response to emails during that time and tracking information provided once shipped. Stunning rug! I received my rug from The Rug Decor and it’s even better than in photos. It’s absolutely beautiful, so soft and the pile is thick enough that it’s comfortable and plush under our feet. The customer service was great and the shipment was sent and received very quickly! Will definitely shop there again.

Rug not received Updating as I did receive the rug which is beautiful and fits the space perfectly. I give the rug 5 stars but customer service is a 1. I ordered a rug on 11/21/23 with an estimated 6 week lead time. I contacted the company on 1/5/24 with an updated an they indicated the rug was shipping. As of 1/23, there is no shipping information available on the rug, and they did not respond to my last email to refund my money. I do not believe this is a legitimate company.
