Great new kitchen stools We’re so happy with our new stools! They arrived very well packaged and we got free delivery. The boxes are bit cumbersome to unwrap and dispose of so wish we opted for white glove but overall a great experience.

New Coffee Table I ordered a beautiful wood coffee table that was made to order for us and while it was a bit of a wait, 3 months, it’s a really unique and gorgeous piece and worth the wait. Seamless delivery with white glove service that we got for the additional wait time was really appreciated and made it an easy install.

Gorgeous new Dining Chars We got the Jude modern dining chairs and they’re more stunning in person than in the photos. In person you can see wood grain of the dark espresso wood whereas it looks black in the photos. Very high end and well made.

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered from Alchemy Fine Home and they never shipped my order. Tried to contact customer service several times with no response. Finally, after three months of waiting, I posted a review on Trustpilot and only then did I get a reply from Alchemy Home. I didn’t appreciate their insistence that I wasn’t in their database and had to provide them with numerous screenshots to prove I did, indeed, have an order and that, yes, I had been trying to contact them. Companies often deny that reviewers are real customers to save face and I don’t appreciate such an underhanded tactic. To top off the whole experience, when they finally promised to refund my order, they simply didn't. The $400 owed to me hovered in my account as 'pending' until paypal finally canceled the refund all together due to inaction from Alchemy. So, one star. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. Edit: They finally did send the money, but ensured that the cost of the transfer fell to me, the buyer, and not their company. So, no, I never did get a full refund, but I did get most of my money back. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare that's lasted nearly half a year. I will not be changing my review. They definitely deserve NO STARS for their shadiness, underhanded tactics and inability to do what every other reputable business is able to in one week or less. I should be grateful for the partial refund, I guess.

I order 3 items on separate occasions I order 3 items on separate occasions. I did not receive any of my orders. I understand that there maybe wait times and waited for over 3 months. The ETA was pushed twice and yet still nothing. Multiple emails and phone calls later I decided to cancel my orders. I understand that items ship from multiple vendors and that they may delay the item but after 3 months of waiting for small items not even furniture this is ridiculous. Shop elsewhere!!! Most websites have the same items and they ship much quicker.
