GBThey Treat Customers Right! The customer service department is insanely good here. They really, truly care about their customers. I had a few special cases where orders didn't pan out, and they fully refunded everything, and were so nice about it. Don't believe the negative reviews, these folks are amazing. Other providers are not nearly this good to their customers. The stuff is beautiful as well... of course, but everyone knows that already.

GBGorgeous new Dining Chars We got the Jude modern dining chairs and they’re more stunning in person than in the photos. In person you can see wood grain of the dark espresso wood whereas it looks black in the photos. Very high end and well made.

CAGreat new kitchen stools We’re so happy with our new stools! They arrived very well packaged and we got free delivery. The boxes are bit cumbersome to unwrap and dispose of so wish we opted for white glove but overall a great experience.

GBI order 3 items on separate occasions I order 3 items on separate occasions. I did not receive any of my orders. I understand that there maybe wait times and waited for over 3 months. The ETA was pushed twice and yet still nothing. Multiple emails and phone calls later I decided to cancel my orders. I understand that items ship from multiple vendors and that they may delay the item but after 3 months of waiting for small items not even furniture this is ridiculous. Shop elsewhere!!! Most websites have the same items and they ship much quicker.

GBGreat design service We went with the Home Style Fix service for free design help and Vanessa did an incredible job with our kitchen and living room. We paid a deposit up front but we got to use all of it towards our purchases. Couldn’t ask for more!
