Great design service We went with the Home Style Fix service for free design help and Vanessa did an incredible job with our kitchen and living room. We paid a deposit up front but we got to use all of it towards our purchases. Couldn’t ask for more!

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered from Alchemy Fine Home and they never shipped my order. Tried to contact customer service several times with no response. Finally, after three months of waiting, I posted a review on Trustpilot and only then did I get a reply from Alchemy Home. I didn’t appreciate their insistence that I wasn’t in their database and had to provide them with numerous screenshots to prove I did, indeed, have an order and that, yes, I had been trying to contact them. Companies often deny that reviewers are real customers to save face and I don’t appreciate such an underhanded tactic. To top off the whole experience, when they finally promised to refund my order, they simply didn't. The $400 owed to me hovered in my account as 'pending' until paypal finally canceled the refund all together due to inaction from Alchemy. So, one star. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. Edit: They finally did send the money, but ensured that the cost of the transfer fell to me, the buyer, and not their company. So, no, I never did get a full refund, but I did get most of my money back. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare that's lasted nearly half a year. I will not be changing my review. They definitely deserve NO STARS for their shadiness, underhanded tactics and inability to do what every other reputable business is able to in one week or less. I should be grateful for the partial refund, I guess.

They Treat Customers Right! The customer service department is insanely good here. They really, truly care about their customers. I had a few special cases where orders didn't pan out, and they fully refunded everything, and were so nice about it. Don't believe the negative reviews, these folks are amazing. Other providers are not nearly this good to their customers. The stuff is beautiful as well... of course, but everyone knows that already.

Customer service is excellent as are their products We have ordered a lot of furniture over the past 6 months from Alchemy Fine Home. They have been fantastic in terms of delivery, responsiveness, and professionalism. They value their customers and they even allowed us to return a piece of furniture that was not returnable. There was nothing wrong with the furniture. We had just made an error in the sizing. They couldn't have been nicer.
