GBReview and explanation of my experience using this vacuum. The vacuum doesn't roll well over carpet or area rugs. The second concern is the battery gets very hot. I had sure it was fully charged and used for 25 minutes before the vacuum power ended. I want a refund I don't have time to fuss with a vacuum I need something that is reliable and easy to use. Another thinking the weight at the top is too difficult and heavy. I have week hands and wrist. Please refund.

GBGet this vacuum! I ordered the vacuum and in two days it was delivered! And, better yet, it is a fantastic machine!!! I’m handicapped so I need something lightweight that I can use together with my walker. This vacuum cleaner fits the bill perfectly! It’s so easy to use and it’s easy to empty. I love it!

GBCustomer Service is Not Very Helpful 2 out of 4 lights shipped were defective. The communication bot is a pain. It took about a week of many emails to stop receiving the idiotic message asking for a photo or video without instructions as to what they wanted to see in the video (how does one show a picture of a light that is supposed to turn on in the dark when it does not turn on in the dark? Send a dark photo?). However, after a week they did promptly ship replacement lights (which work properly).

GBPoor Business Practices Got my order, neither Light worked (Set of 2). Took forever to get a reply from Customer service on multiple occasions. Was promised a new set even after I just stated due to the Long period of waiting for responses and still no resolution as a Refund has yet to show up in my account nor have I received the complimentary set even after paying to return the broke set. As stated I'm still awaiting responses and my refund.

GBI Placed an Order - Never Received I placed an order, and when I tracked it, I saw that it says it was delivered on 2024-04-07 at 14:55. I've searched around my house, and I can't seem to find the package. I have also asked my neighbors if it was accidentally delivered to them and they did not get it either. I was hoping that I would be able to get more information about where the delivery driver left it. If that still doesn't help me find the package, I was hoping I could get another one sent or be refunded. I also went to my local post office and the ones in the surrounding area, and none of them were holding my package. I did provide them my name, address, and the tracking number and they said that they didn't have any packages for me and that the tracking number wasn't a USPS tracking number.
