GBNot worth the hassle No shipping confirmation, website account doesn’t have correct information, no one responds to customer service emails, charged twice for lights which shipped twice. Refused to refund money when lights returned. Worst customer service ever. Lights are nice but not worth the hassle and expense.

GBOrdered over a month ago and still hasn't shipped I ordered a lamp back in November and it still hasn't shipped yet. No word from Mitzi on why it's taking so long. I don't mind waiting as I love the design but some acknowledgment that it's taking a very long time to deliver my order would be nice.

GBQuality of lighting is good, too many promotional texts & emails Quality of lighting is good, there is just way too many emails and texts with promotions. I regrettable signed up with my telephone number for texts. I don't need multiple texts per week, light fixture purchasing is not typically a weekly recurring event.

GBPoor customer communication I have not received the product yet. When I ordered it ( a while ago) it said to be shipped in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from your company, had to follow up to find out what happened to the light and got a response saying it wasn't in the warehouse. This was my first experience with this company will probably not order again. Poor customer communication
