Slow response time, missed delivery date by weeks. Well for one, my experience isn't yet over. I'm being sent a request to provide a review, when the order has yet to be delivered. Took multiple days for help center to get back to me. Still awaiting shipping/tracking info well past the provided delivery date. Email sent requesting refund discussions have gone unanswered.

So much better than my old spotlight I have a tree in front of my house that I light at night. I have been using a 100 watt bulb or equivalent for several years. I was never really satisfied at how good a a lighting job that this bulb did. I just replaced it with the 100 watt Novostella unit. I'm just astounded at how much light this unit puts out. It is way better than my old spotlight. Plus I now have amazing color choices.

2 issue 2 issue : there’s no instructions for remote and not sure what a few controls mean ? Also When you hook up music with lights , it only allows you to play music on the phones speaker which isn’t loud at all , is there another way ?

Working great outside The lights work great. I am using them for outdoor decorating, and have had them on in the evennings for the past three or four weeks. The deliveries were fast, and arrived without any issues. I would definitely recommend to friends or family looking for a versatile lighting option that can be controlled by a simple app.

I have not recieved this item I have not recieved this item. I never got a tracking number to begin with and was told I would receive my package in a week (online it says delivery is 3 to 5 days). I got the shop app and at first it showed my package was already delivered. Then it changed to order received but still no tracking info. I sent and email trying to get tracking info and have yet to receive a response. And so it has been 2 weeks on an item that was supposed to take a few days. Then I looked at the return policy and the customer is expected to ship the item to an address in CHINA, customer is expected to pay for shipping.
