GBSo much better than my old spotlight I have a tree in front of my house that I light at night. I have been using a 100 watt bulb or equivalent for several years. I was never really satisfied at how good a a lighting job that this bulb did. I just replaced it with the 100 watt Novostella unit. I'm just astounded at how much light this unit puts out. It is way better than my old spotlight. Plus I now have amazing color choices.

GBWorked for 6 months. The equipment stopped working after approximately 6 months. It showed adequate voltage across the entire line, however, the lights did not work. I replaced the controller but there was no change. Your customer service offered no solutions.

GBNever ship item and never reply emails Order a remote controller for my lights on 11/24 and as per today 12/12 they haven’t ship it even though their description stated 2-5 days for shipping .Send several emails and none have been reply. Lights are really good tough.

GBAbsolutely ridiculous experience. Absolutely ridiculous. In spite of promising a refund for my faulty product more than a month ago, I am still to hear anything in spite of repeatedly emailing them. The customer service is awful and clearly delaying tactics until customers get so frustrated that they give up. I will not let this go and will now be initiating taking them to the small claims court. Stay away.
