Slow response time, missed delivery date by weeks. Well for one, my experience isn't yet over. I'm being sent a request to provide a review, when the order has yet to be delivered. Took multiple days for help center to get back to me. Still awaiting shipping/tracking info well past the provided delivery date. Email sent requesting refund discussions have gone unanswered.

I had to re-add the lights several… I had to re-add the lights several times before all four (4) of them would stay online, and follow the identical schedule I put in. Be attentive to getting them all on the identical network, and some on one extender, and others on another. The app for changing colors, listening to music and such works really well. Love the control I have over both brightness and contrast (saturation). Really well made, right down to the cords.

Money well spent Delivery was quick. Easy to install and set up. App gives you so many color options. I wish it was a little more customizable but I'm happy with the preset options to choose from. I put these outside for Xmas but I will be using them year round for parties and holidays.

Highly recommend Great product very bright and durable led strip. Mounting brackets make for a fast and clean install. Phone application gives you endless amount of colors/flash/ and chase options. I installed mine with leds facing my home they are very bright.I had a small issue but it was quickly resolved I highly recommend this product.
